Savitribai Phule Pune University & the college joined run this scheme for poor & needy students.

The college seeks permission from the university to implement the Earn & Learn scheme for the academic year. Thereafter the needy & poor students of the college are selected & enrolled for the scheme. The department activities application from the interested students & the candidates are selected through interviews. Every students is given maximum work of 3 hours each day.

Twenty two students were selected in the academic year 2014-15. The scheme was implemented in the moths of August, September & October 2014.the amount of rupees 4820 was spent in the academic year 2014-15 . the student were given the work in the college office, library, play-ground garden & the important work like tree plantation & conservation. The students worked regularly & efficiently throughout the period. The scheme improved students work efficiency consistency & they have partly become economically independent.
